Spravato® is for adults 18+ with treatment-resistant depression (failed at least two antidepressants) or MDD with suicidal thoughts. During a comprehensive evaluation, our REMS-certified provider will determine if Spravato® is appropriate for your situation.

Each session includes self-administration of the nasal spray under medical supervision, followed by a two-hour monitoring period in our comfortable treatment room. You cannot drive afterward, so please arrange transportation home. Sessions are typically twice weekly during the induction phase and once weekly during maintenance.
